I build the petition around your current position, the raise or promotion you want, and the people who have influence over that decision. I work with dressed candles, herbs, oils, and other elements chosen for recognition, favor, advancement, stronger visibility, and helping your work be seen as worthy of the next level.

Before I begin, I read through what you share with me so I understand where you stand now — whether you are asking for more money, pursuing a promotion, waiting to be considered, wanting greater responsibility, or trying to finally receive the recognition your effort has not been getting. The working is prepared around moving you upward from where you already are.

Within about 1–2 days, I send you a personal update explaining what I prepared, what stood out to me while beginning the work, and anything I feel is important for you to know.
