Workplace Protection — Block Conflict & Bad Intentions

`The work itself may not even be the problem. It is the tension, gossip, jealousy, difficult personalities, or feeling that someone at work is constantly working against you. If you are tired of walking into your workplace already guarded and expecting the next issue, I prepare this working to strengthen protection around you and reduce the influence of conflict and bad intentions in your professional environment.

I build the petition around you, your workplace, and the specific people or situations creating the most difficulty. I work with protection candles, salt, herbs, oils, and other guarding elements chosen to strengthen boundaries, calm unnecessary conflict, reduce interference, and help keep other people's negativity from following you through your workday.

Before I begin, I read through what you share with me so I understand exactly what you are dealing with — whether it is a jealous coworker, difficult manager, gossip, competition, someone undermining your position, or an environment that simply feels hostile and draining. The work is prepared around your workplace and the problem you want kept away from you.

Within about 1–2 days, I send you a personal update explaining what I prepared, what stood out to me while beginning the work, and anything I feel is important for you to know.

This is best when you want to protect your position, your peace, and your professional path from the people or tension around you. If your main goal is a raise, promotion, new job, or stronger career opportunity, one of my Money & Roads workings will usually be the better fit.
