Grief Release Working

You do not want to forget who or what you lost. You just want the grief to stop feeling so heavy every time it finds you again. Some days you may feel almost normal, and then a memory, song, place, photograph, or quiet moment brings everything rushing back. I prepare this working to help you carry the loss with more peace without asking you to let go of what mattered.

I build the petition around you, the person or chapter you are grieving, and the part of the loss that has been hardest to set down. I work with a white candle, rosemary for remembrance, calming herbs, oils, and other gentle elements chosen for emotional release, peace, tenderness, and helping the weight of grief feel less consuming.

Before I begin, I read through whatever you feel comfortable sharing with me so I understand what you lost, what memories or emotions keep returning, and what has been hardest for your heart to carry. The working is prepared around releasing some of the pain without releasing the love or meaning attached to what was lost.

Within about 1–2 days, I send you a personal update explaining what I prepared, what stood out to me while beginning the work, and anything gentle I feel is important for you to know.

This can be prepared after the loss of a loved one, relationship, friendship, important chapter of life, or another ending that has left an absence you are still learning how to live around.

You are not being asked to stop missing them. You are asking for the grief to loosen its grip enough for you to breathe again. Tell me what you have lost and what has been weighing most heavily on your heart.
